You’re invited to attend what has become
the single largest event of this kind in the country – an educational and
networking conference for persons living with type 1 diabetes and type 2
insulin-required diabetes, their families, and the medical care
community.

On Saturday, May 10, 2014 an
expected 1,000 people will gather to hear the latest in research, treatment
advances, and care strategies from a collection of internationally recognized
experts.

JDRF Kids
Camp program: JDRF Kids Camp will once again host children with T1D ages 5-12
for a fun-filled day learning about the importance of diabetes self-management
under the guidance and supervision of our trained Kids Camp medical
personnel.

JDRF Teen Central program: This cool
“hang-out” for youth with T1D ages 13-19 will offer opportunities to learn the
latest in online diabetes-related technology, share stories and experiences with
peers, ask questions and trade tips on managing T1D through the teenage years.
Teen Central is directed by medical personnel and trained
volunteers.

Attendance is free. Online
